We offer advanced education in Relationally-Oriented, Developmentally-Based Integrative Psychotherapy according to the model of Dr. Richard G. Erskine. The program is intended for mental health professionals, certified psychotherapists, or psychotherapists under supervision from all therapeutic orientations who wish to expand their knowledge and obtain the international certification of Integrative Psychotherapist – Certified International Integrative Psychotherapist (CIIP).

What does advanced education offer?

Developing therapeutic skills of inquiry, attunement, and involvement

Enhancing the ways we establish and maintain internal, external, and interpersonal contact – on both personal and professional levels

Working from a child developmental perspective through providing safe and supported regression

Deepening knowledge of contemporary neuroscientific approaches in working with the body, trauma, and implicit memory

Understanding affective attachment styles and unconscious relational patterns in the therapeutic process

Becoming familiar with the intersubjective use of different forms of transference and countertransference

Developing the capacity to work with diverse sexual orientations and to integrate the impact of historical experiences and memories related to sexuality

Understanding obsession, narcissism, the schizoid process, and early emotional confusion from a developmental and relational perspective
